Lyon Biennale takes part in ¡Viva Villa! 2024-25 season!
¡Viva Villa! is an initiative led by four artist residences outside of France: Casa de Velázquez (Madrid), Villa Albertine (USA), Villa Kujoyama (Kyoto) and Villa Médicis (Rome). A programme for supporting the production and showing of contemporary arts, ¡Viva Villa! coproduces and assists cultural events that showcase artists’ pathways after their residencies.
The 2024-2025 season of ¡Viva Villa! will run throughout France, with 13 events featuring over 80 artists who have spent time at one of the four foreign residences.
