It was created to mark the 40th anniversary of the Observatoire des armements, in conjunction with the 17th Lyon Biennial of Contemporary Art, and contains elements echoing the Bureau Véridique, in collaboration with the artist collective Foutou'art.

The work created for this occasion is an installation that invites visitors to wander between resource documents; sound recordings; watch a video; an architectural model; consult a map of Lyon "between the Rhône and the Saône"; look at a poster or a painting; sit in the office, get closer, touch... In this way, the visitor is invited to engage with the office activity: the questions raised help to make the workspace their own, and to decipher and discover lines of thought. The air of an office that appears to have been recently occupied... The installation uses languages, signs and images to interrogate our ways of communicating communication and, at the same time, questions the practices of disinformation and and concealment of information, revealing an absence of humanity. This lack, expressed through the languages and idioms we ourselves use, is at the heart of the installation.
