Avant l’expo : résidence de création à La fabrique des luddites - septembre 2024

Invited by La Halle, Ona Juciūtė is interested in the memory embedded in objects and the traces of gestures left in the material of artifacts. As a sculptor, she pays particular attention to manual craftsmanship in the production process. During her residency in September at the Fabrique des Luddites (Chatte), she will develop a specific body of work. The artist will present new works that also draw inspiration from the region's industrial past. Her work will be exhibited in the art center's galleries starting from October 12, 2024.
